Went there for some work one February. Temperature was 5 degrees.
Worked at a power plant 30 minutes east of there. Beautiful country. One night on our way back to the hotel in Winnemuca, we pulled off the interstate and turned off the headlights. There was not an artificial light anywhere to be found. The stars cape was amazing.
