Something I thought of last night. If you can get your hands on the original P90X, there is a one hour “Stretch” routine on there that is amazing.
If you were to do that 2-3 time a week, you would quickly gain back all your flexibility and more. It is a very pleasant routine with good instruction.
Works everything from your head to your toes.
