I do not do yoga, but we all probably should. It is not some “hippie shite.” It is a legit and very productive and effective practice that will address exactly what you are asking a solution for.

Something I thought of last night. If you can get your hands on the original P90X, there is a one hour “Stretch” routine on there that is amazing.

If you were to do that 2-3 time a week, you would quickly gain back all your flexibility and more. It is a very pleasant routine with good instruction.

Works everything from your head to your toes.
