Most college football teams are wrong.

Doesn't seem very suited for football.

Nothing like a bunch of fat dudes who don't even use their $10 Planet Fitness membership talk about how an elite level strength coach doesn't know what he's doing.

Fill the sleeves is a pretty damn good slogan though.
Not as good as fill the paper towel tube.

To be fair, he’s not doing that program with his players, he’s motivating strength and conditioning coaches to do it themselves to look good on opening day.

Just a heads up, most college football teams do curls with a straight bar in the rack.
I don't think i believe this, but let's just say it is true.
A college football weight room, where there are dozens of racks primarily for just one team, is much different than a commercial gym where there are maybe 2-3 racks and a few hundred people there.
It's not nearly the same.
The main qualm with curls in the squat rack is that you're taking up an essential piece of equipment that only certain movements can be executed in, to do something you can practically do anywhere in the gym. It's just inconsiderate.

Instagram challenges & gender reveal parties. 2 things that can't go away quick enough.

At least this Instagram challenge is worthwhile. People are in the gym.

Not gonna lie that's exactly what I pictured an Oregon strength coach to look like
Yeah, when I think of strength, UO is what comes to mind.

He was an assistant strength coach at Georgia prior to being picked up by Oregon.
Actually a really well thought of guy in the industry, extremely well qualified and educated. I have little doubt that a Cristobal coached team with Feld running the S&C will be a very physical squad.
No fillthesleeves for me though...only things I do that are bicep targeting are pull-ups and power cleans, and I'm not doing 100 of either. Haha
