Any news on the missing couple on a sailboat during Irma?

There was a poster here that worked with a friend or family member posting information about them. Does anyone know if they were found alive or found at all ?

They found the sailboat turtled near Puerto Rico and the dinghy was missing. No sign of the people.

Likely dead but not declared yet I would imagine. I don't how long you would have to be missing in a situation like that to be declared dead.

They are for sure dead. If they weren’t dead they would have called home by now

There is the very very small possibility that they are floating around in the dingy living off of rain water and fish but it's highly unlikely. When do they declare someone legally dead in a situation like this?
