I built a home for my parents in 1995, they told me this was their last home. They had a large motorhome, a bay boat, I built a nice shop within the building. As for the house, since it was their last home, I built it handicap accessible. Large doors, pull out drawers for cabinets, etc. When I put it up for sale, the couple that came to look at it, the wife was handicapped. They bought it right away.
The other part was extra, but we got a fair price for it. My building it, saved them so much money. Turned a good profit.
