Thanks .. like I said last day is tomorrow. She's not on zinc that I saw, < 100# and frail to begin with and has a pressure area. She's got stuff stacked against her on a normal day much less with this. Not eating much either.

Have you heard of Vapotherm?
This device resides on an IV pole and moisturizes and warms oxygen-supplemented air thru nasal canula (so as to not dry them out) at high flow rates..like 25-50 liters per minute, when the max of 10 liters per min out of the wall is not sufficient.
It is a great tool to get people going.

No I haven't -- never heard of that in our home and I've been there 12 years. Is it new OR are we just not using it??
eta: it doesn't mean they're NOT using it but it's not in the orders/notes.

I don't know how available this is. Probably in all acute care settings. No patients requiring this level of oxygenation are qualifying for care in nursing homes.
