The one my boss ordered me is adjustable, so I can lower it and sit or raise and stand. Just sits on the top of the desk.

standing all day is just as bad for you as sitting. the only benefits come to those who mix it up regularly throughout the day or just take 15 minute walking breaks 2 times a day.
