And of those four, the vast majority of that last 21 were probably in Baker, which is still NBR despite a different city name.

I remember when Chris Rock did that bit about how any street named MLK got some violence going on.. This is not racist, its an observation.. But any street named after a black person is always in a poor black area.. And it always has some violence going on.

Thus far, 10 homicides for EBRP. Out of the 8 people shot yesterday, some may die several days later, which will add to the count.

Will get to test the theory this weekend that the crime goes down when the bitter cold comes.

I'd be willing to bet that doesent stick anymore.
