He was trash and no excuse for that. None at all.
I've had that happen before. I always very politely say "maam, I'm sorry, I was here waiting" and they always nicely say oh, I'm sorry, go ahead. Never an issue.

Some people are just angry. He seems to be one of them. Probably speaks to anyone that crosses him the same way. It's an objective assessment. I really don't care whether some stupid gump is or isn't some dyed in the wool racist but after a life of dealing with people I can see the signs.
