Does anyone know what’s going on where the old Ryan’s steakhouse was? There’s a Ferris wheel out there but when you get closer they have tons of rides in that whole parking lot. I bet traffic will be terrific with this going on.

It's probably one of those traveling fair's.
Way back in the day every weekend there would be a miniature fair setup somewhere in town to gouge the kids.
Ten tickets for a two minute ride and tickets would be like a dollar each.
