Maybe I should have said best in Louisiana or best in Lafayette. Remember we’re deprived of decent Tex mex round here.

As sad as this sounds, I don't remember. I was tired and walked there. If it's the one by a Holiday Inn in Round Rock than that's where I ate. Yes, a Holiday Inn

ETA: I take that back, I drove there I think but it was short drive. I walked to a different restaurant another day.

You've for the best fajita chimichanga around at Enchilada's on Greenville. Incredible and is the size of a Subway footlong

Mine is almost always old school Ojeda's on Maple. When up north, Lalo's or Herrera's. The older family owned places just are hard to beat.

I like Mia’s over there too.

If you’re ever in Allen, La finca in the old downtown is really good. BYOB too.

La Finca began in the 80's in the Cavazo's living room. Then they began seating us in their garage. A couple of years later they built their first standalone and now, have torn it down and have built a Mi Cocina-like mecca of a place in Gilmer. No e of their recipes have changed in 30 years. It's fantastic and they are wonderful people. Totally migrant and hardly spoke English in those days. Now, probably worth 10's of millions.

Number two. I'll take it.
