Amazon video not working but the sound in the background works

Just disconnected the Wi-Fi, but it’s not a Wi-Fi issue. The tech board is dead right now.

Phone? Television?
If it is the phone, restart it.
If it is the television unplug the power cord for 30 seconds then plug it back in.

What device / box are you using?ROKU? Fire Stick? Apple TV?
Try another device
If the problem continues on another device of a different manufacturer, it’s an internet issue

Try taking the cartridge out and blowing on it

Had issues on multiple firesticks in the last day, resetting the devices worked
