No matter how rough a situation may be, because of too many responsibilities, tragedy, or loneliness, I don't let anything ruin my day.
Take a deep breath, move on.
Having been a people manager for years, I believe that most people suffer from stress and anxiety that can be debilitating at times. Most of these people do this silently. I also know people that have suffered from bouts of depression they just can't seem to climb out of, no matter what they try. Everybody is built differently, just because it's not an issue for you - you probably have other issues they don't.
