This guy needs to be appointed as the U.S. Chief ISIS Negotiator. Send him over there with his wavy blond hair, decked out in a US flag shirt and have him meet face to face with those crazies. I'm sure he will make some good progress.

This is so heartbreaking to read. If they rescued any, I hope they euthanized the cats out of mercy as there is just no way they can ever be good pets. This TPOS destroyed their trust of humans.

It's a great thing they caught this guy now as he was no doubt a serial killer in the making or most likely already is and has killed somebody and body is rotting somewhere in the atchafalya and eaten by alligators by now. Serial killers always start with some type of animal abuse of a similar nature like this. Add in the child porn here and I just shudder what to think he could've been if left unchecked. He needs the hammer as in life in prison at Angola not so much for punishment but rather for our safety from dangerous monsters like him.

Hope someone blows his fricking brains out.

I have. A lot. Too much. There are a lot of stories about past town officials and, no, I'm not about to list them all. A friend of mine said this over 30 years ago, "Someone should set the town on fire on the Airline highway and put it out at I-10". No signs of it getting any better.
