Spinoff question: Has anyone ever had an allergy or food allergy test? I’ve wanted to get both done at some point to know what my body doesn’t like.
Both.. pollen allergies done with back prick
Food allergy done with blood test

I took allergy shots from 5 yrs old til 15.. got off.. allergies got terrible again. Got on them when i was 27ish for another 6 or 7 yrs, off them now. Allergies are bad again, take zyrtec before bed, allegra in mornings. I wouldn know what life was line without allergies. Shots work, but take 8-12 months to start working... and then u build immunities after 6-7yrs... and need to be retested again because allergies constantly changing.
