Go to shoebank.com. Click on shoe, call individual store that has that shoe and they can order for you. Tip: They come without shoe bags, but you can buy a pair with the shoe.
OR you can find them on the website and call the NOLA store. THey can order for you.

I take sloppy seconds on ostrich Gucci deal sleds, because theyre not $1600 and I ruin them in 2 weeks

Robin in NoLA store is good. So is Ashley in Charleston. Nice thing about calling to order is they can visually check shoe and let you know if there is a really bad flaw before ordering or shipping.

It's legit. Got a pair of those Belleveu Chukka's for a little more than $100. Very nice boots.
