re: All public bathroom doors should be push to exit by law/code

If the bathroom has paper towels to dry your hands, use that between your hand and the door. If those stupid blow dryers are all that's available, use the tail of your shirt, otherwise you are screwed. Employees use the same facilities the public uses...

I make a note of restaurants and fast food spots that do not provide paper towels in their bathrooms. I don't eat at those places and often send an email to their corporate offices that details the proper method of hand washing to prevent spread of bacteria. The health departments should really be on top of this, but it really is easier if they just look the other way.

Lack of paper towels in bathroom facilities really pisses me off.

I agree with that but fires rarely start in a bathroom and the doors are locking so you might only save half of a second.

Egress doors must be unlocked (at least from the inside going out) and bathroom doors are meant to be locked.

Doors on bathrooms only serve to hide drug deals and homosexuals pleasuring each other. Putting a door on a bathroom is basically putting up a sign that says "it's okay to do dope and pleasure strangers at this establishment."
