We're there straps to strap the guy into that paddy wagon? If not, how is it these individuals' fault he died unless they can prove they all agreed to slosh him around the inside of the van? Otherwise that's just on the driver. I don't understand all these charges.

Prosecutor grossly overcharged for her own political benefit. I have a feeling before it's over, the only charge she might have a shot at is reckless endangerment.

And that would be an appropriate charge, perhaps. I mean the guy died while in police custody not of natural causes or when force was being applied. It seems most likely an accident, maybe arising from carelessness, maybe criminal carelessness. Not sure why the whole city went up in arms.
