Where has Salmon said he isn’t ok with defamation lawsuits against others?
Just because you’re throwing out random situations that you can’t prove meet the standard of defamation doesn’t mean others don’t believe defamation suits shouldn’t exist if warranted.

If you can prove their misinformation was out of negligence and that damage was done, no one is stopping you or anyone else from suing them.
You just can’t grasp that half of what you’re skyscreaming about doesn’t have the burden of proof you think it does.

If someone can effectively make their case for defamation, I certainly give zero shits for the media and/or politicians having to pay out.

I mean, he has kids. I’m assuming he’s a taxpayer that funds his local school district.
He’s claiming there should be a defamation lawsuit against “teachers” who are allegedly teaching CRT and pushing “trannyism”.
But he can’t get past that accusation to actually prove negligence, burden of proof of the communication/publication, or the damages it has done.
Do we really think if that burden of proof was easy to obtain a parent or taxpayer wouldn’t have sued for that by now?

I don’t like Alex Jones and i don’t know or care if sandy hook was false flag.
The fact is this is the equivalent to Germany locking up 90 year old grandmas for denying the Holocaust. The second you are not allowed to question something is the second you should be worried. This board has bought into this hook line and sinker. Shameful
