About to add a 5 million square foot class a distribution facility with rail as well. Some guys out of Chicago coming in. Went in front of planning commission the other day. Probably going to be a billion dollar project when all said and done. All related to the widening and deepening of the ship channel. Ports going to be able to handle a lot more now.

The Bombardier C series was a complete failure until Airbus bought it and rebranded it to the A220.

That’s crazy that they’re able to make all those jets and still move the factory around
