J&J is in works to split into two companies. First announced in 2021. Stocks were just split and J&J unloaded a majority of it's Kenvue shares.

I'd expect you to still see both logos

There was a documentary that featured that family. They struck me as a bunch of miserable people.

Most brands have been simplifying their brands to a more “throwback” look. Taking a cursive logo and making it easier to read is not that big of a deal son.
