Work in Healthcare and we have spirit day on Fridays during the fall. Never fails the HBCU crowd wears their stuff. Not just a standard Tuskegee or Alabama State shirt in school colors, but a black shirt with some sort of black pride saying in the African color spectrum of red, green, and yellow with their school name on it. Seems like a weird insecurity flex but whatever. It is kinda funny to watch them carrying around big stacks of white sheets from place to place I guess.

I used to work with someone who would wear something like below, but his were already bright colors.

That guy is dressed very well. Better than most for sure. I don't care about what people wear as long as it fits and it's clean.
