He's a teenager that Darby Allin brought in, according to the storyline. Swerve and some other black guy whose name I can't remember went to his house or some shed near his house and nearly killed him a few weeks ago.

he's an 18 year old prodigy
the son of Buddy Wayne who helped train a lot of the wrestlers who are coming from the Seattle area (inc. Darby and probably Swerve too)
Buddy died a number of years ago and AEW is giving his boy (who's been in wrestling basically his whole life and went through some indies) a shot basically as soon as it became legal for him be on TV and work
