Get ready to start calling all of your friends and relatives. If you dont mind doing that and having some of your friends and family avoid you you can make a lot of money.

Well charisma helps. But you at least need to be able to talk to people in a clear manner

Institutional is the way to go...if your good you'll survive...if your really good you'll be wealthy.,.if your great you'll be rich...of course 1-20 make it

Don't know anything about Guardian. But the concept is generally the same with any insurance company. NML is the worst hands-down.
