Like the other guy said, just get a cheap Amazon Fire tablet. You can seriously get the cheapest one, which is all your kid probably needs, for about $30-$40 on cyber monday or amazon prime day. They are like $60 normally. I have one of the original fire tablets from 5 years ago and it still works fine.
