Nowadays, Piperton, if you count it as a Memphis suburb, is probably the wealthiest.

No.

Eads if you considered it a suburb. Biggest houses in Shelby County are in Eads.

2 years ago there was that shooting at Target just off 240 and Poplar. None of this stuff used to bother me that much but now that I have a girlfriend that lives with me my mental state has gone from self preservation to protecting her.

She is a little crazy so I kept my arsenal at my parents house until that boating accident. My buddy has an American flag picture type thing on the wall that flips open and has his protection. May need to get one of those and just tell her I really like it and not tell her about the secret compartment.

What is the Cordova area like these days? Been a while since I've had reason to hang around that area.

Hell there was a shooting at the Kirby Kroger a few years ago. That is a place on the border of Germantown where a lot of wealthy people stop on their way home to Germantown.
That area of East Memphis between Walnut Grove and Poplar (North-South) and Kirby Pkwy and White Station (East-West) is probably the wealthiest part of Shelby County, maybe even all of Tennessee.

The most expensive homes are near Lausanne inside Memphis. It's where Fred Smith lives. Those homes are fortresses on 3-5 acres with brick walls and gates.

Lakeland is beginning to boom too. Eads is definitely a hidden gem.

It is what it is though. Guess I'll just have to make some bank so I can buy a house on 30A like the rest of the OT.

An off duty cop killed someone in head on collision drag racing on walnut Grove in Cordova. That should give you an idea about Cordova.

There has been some development west side of 240 east from there. Basically you'd have some wealthy lawyer or basketball player Zbo's house was over there.(Zach Randolph). Basically they would buy 2 homes around 3k square feet combine the 2 lots into one demolish the houses and build a 5-6k mansion.

Quick Google.

38139 is Germantown where Farmington/Dogwood Schools are. 38120 is East Memphis. There’s some shitty apartments there in 38120 which pull the number down.

Just talked to my ex who was in line at Corky’s with her daughter and saw it go down. She says they think it was an employee from the sushi department.

Is this the false flag to make us forget about the audit results tomorrow?

Not a false flag. A workplace dispute and a real tragedy. One of the deceased is a parishioner at my grandparent’s church.

I said biggest, not most expensive.

My office is in that area. I drove by Fred Smiths house every day before Covid.

Also a lot of super wealthy older folks who don’t necessarily report annual income anymore, or who who have really good accountants and lawyers who know just how to report what income they have from their family wealth.

I'd bet if you used mean net worth as the metric, 38119 and 38120 would be higher on the list.

Collierville is a very safe area with excellent schools. This is highly unexpected and very sad.
