guy was shooting an AR style weapon at an apartment complex... cops heard it and drove to it...when cops arrived he turned gun on them and opened fire... cops returned fire and struck him
he went in an apartment... later found with a gunshot to upper abdomen and later died at hospital
doesn't know if it was originally meant to harm police
