Id say you go for being happy and deal with the sexual side effects. Those can be taken care of eventually but the key is being mentally stable. And if this person has a spouse that truly cares for her husband, sex will be the last thing on her mind if it means she gets the man she loves back mentally. Women can get off just as easy as men so Im not sure why this would be a legit question in most normal relationships.

happiness first.

if he doesn't whack it and wife knows what she's doing, even with the drugs he should be able to with some practice. he just needs to be patient with himself and most of all she should be patient with him as well. it's a physical impairment, but not one that can't be overcome. problem is when anxiety creeps into the bedroom.

If I suffered from mental or sexual health problems and my wife was blabbing about it to her friends who were blabbing about it to their husbands, I wouldn't hesitate to summon my inner muslim and behead her.

This is really common and often why they prescribe Cialis in unison with antidepressants.
