Parking Behavior May Reflect Economic Drive

I'll just leave this here. you must not be able to wait 5 minutes to double up your marshmellows

In other words, you lack patience and are the actual trashy one in this scenario.

I think you're over-estimating how upset I am about this.

I thought it would be a fun OT topic while I'm bored Christmas shopping, and it's going EXACTLY the way I expected it would. (I did expect to be called a dicksucker more than I have, though. So there's that.)

If you're higher than zero on the "how upset am I?" scale, you're way too upset.

That's just bullshite or you live is most well-planned city in the world. There's a Target in Metairie that would take forever to back out of at this time of year. Most of us that aren't giant pussies can back it in on the first shot.

Agreed. Apparently the tone of my OP didn't translate well.

I checked and there was a nine page thread earlier in the year. I give the OT credit -- I understood doing this at a stadium or tailgate lot, but used to get rustled seeing people park this way at the gym or mall. The OT baws have made it clear that it's the safe, smart play.

pulling in, hard to know when i'm going to hit the car in front.

backing in, i can put that bitch within a half an inch.

i don't necessary look to back in all the time but if there's any need or reason to back in, i'm do it all day long.

So, real talk. We're talking all of about 30 real time seconds MAX here. What kind of an a-hole gets upset about that?

you made a thread about it.

it bothers you.

I bet I can see why you are mad. you were rushing to run and errand. upon entering parking lot a truck was backing in (for whatever reason doesn't concern you, you should have gotten there earlier to avoid it). This causes you anger because you have a smaller pecker and women won't have sex with you. Now we come to where you make a thread about it but left out all the juicy details about your shortcomings.

Just STFU and read the article I posted

I'm sure your S-10 turned on a dime. However for larger trucks, allowing the extra space for the front wheels to pivot certainly makes a difference in tight spots.

Secondly, when leaving you are quicker out of the spot with less of a chance to have to make a 3 point turn. Thus, it saves time of people who are waiting on that spot.

Lastly, for security reasons, the majority of attackers tend to do so in what is referred to as a "transitional space." This would be the moment you transition from your vehicle to walking. As is typically the case, an attacker will come from the driving portion of a parking lot, due to its ease of mobility. Therefore if you can put a door between you and that space, allowing yourself to transition more fluidly, then it makes a difference.

Now answer me this... How inconvenienced were you while Christmas shopping that you felt the need to come to the OT and bitch about this?

It's easier to back in but more difficult to pull out. It can't be both.
