I have disagreed with you in the past but you're spot on here. OP is worse than the drug addicts who's asses he has to kiss to keep his job. You have a great attitude I wish more in your profession thought like this.

No I understand what you mean and I take full responsibility in upping my dosage. I had to come to grips with that before I finally realized enough is enough. But yea, doctors are seriously basically,at least around here prescribing them like candy and I think it may need to be looked into. At the same time, I understand their are people who actually need it and never go above the amount they're supposed to be on. I have no problem admitting that I wasn't that strong of a person to do that, and I used it as a reason to feel better going through a divorce and then another bad relationship.

Just glad to say today that I came out the other side a better person.

I was prescribed roxicodone after a surgical procedure last year, the procedure was in a "sensitive" area and the pain was esquisite. One pill knocked the pain down nicely so after a while I tried a double dose to see what would happen...

now I know how people get hooked on that shite
I went straight into orbit for the most euphoric few hours I can ever remember
a couple days later I flushed the rest of them

Why would you throw euphoria and money down the drain??

Stole $100 from my grandma this morn, that will get me 4 Roxie's that I will crush and snort tonight. In the morning I'm coming to get my Suboxone, and you better print out my fricking coupon or I will drag your arse across the goddamn counter in front of everyone.

You can for sure get high off suboxone.

Withdrawals will be over in 5 to 7 days. Stop being a puss and go to an AA meeting. All Suboxone does is enable you to use more.

This morning after reading your post I had 0 respect for you. Seeing your edit has changed my opinion of you. Not all addicts are terrible people, some are doing what they can to salvage their lives. Nice edit

Maybe someone who gets high off one lortab might be able to. Not someone who's used for any length of time though.

Addicts are in every walk of life. Some ppl are those PoSs and some become addicts after trying to cope with tragedy.

What makes the individual is how that person handles the addiction moving forward. Don't judge him by the addiction itself.

I'm not judging anyone, that addict is me. 9 months and 2 weeks clean. Used suboxone for the first 2 months as prescribed.

I'm assuming you don't have much experience with this. Because you def get high off subs.

I wasn't an H user but just percs and tabs when subscribed 16mg of Subs daily. So if I tried to abuse my subs, as I did for the first month it no doubt gave me a high. Not the high of opioids but no doubt something similar.

No, it's 9 and 2. It's been 11 and 2 since my first suboxone use.
