If you get Covid, do not think you can just shake it off. This is not like the flu. It’s way worse. It may start out like a sinus infection but it may not stay that way. If you think you have a sinus infection get tested anyways ASAP. The sooner you get the Covid medicine the better. Get the good medicine from the start even if you think you don’t need it, even if your doctor won’t prescribe it, even if your phamarcy won’t fill it or is out. Get another doctor. Find another pharmacy: they have different suppliers, small pharmacies are having better luck getting the medications.
This is very sad.... It’s precisely why my entire family stocked up on vit C, D, Zinc, and Ivermectin.
We didn’t want to risk waiting until we were sick to hunt for it. We have enough for a few years taken as a preventative 1x/weekly.
My condolences to her loved ones.

Poor guy, that's awful and a lot of loss to overcome. I truly hope his son gives him the strength to keep going. And that lots of people are helping him out.

Not sure how someone can keep going after all he has lost.
Its the fear in life. I feel like everyone here for the most part has lost close people..
It reminds me of those old prairie stories, where overnight basically a farmer would lose his entire family to a typhus or a fever. Thats terrible though

A reminder, there is always someone carrying a heavier Cross than yours. That's why we should always try to carry a smile on our face and look people in the eye and smile.
Reminds me of a sad encounter at my Church about 8 years ago. After Sunday services I noticed this man (late 60's perhaps) standing in the back. He looked worried, a pained look on his face. So I approached him and introduced myself and asked him if everything was okay since I noticed he looked sad. Wow! It was then the poor man told me he had been notified the day before his son was killed in Iraq. Better to light a candle, than curse the darkness.
Remember as you go about your business next week. You may very well encounter some poor soul going through a terrible crisis.
You may be the only Gospel that person will encounter that day.
