Did you ever see if the compressor is cycling on and off outside in correspondence with the inside?
If it is staying on all the time, while your inside blower is just cycling on and off sporadically, it is the blower's relay.

I went out and it went off as well. However, since starting the thread, it seems to be doing fine. Blows for 10 -15 minutes, then stays off for 10-15 minutes

Update****
Tech came out. Was simply a clogged/dirty drain line causing the issue. Cleaned it out and is good to go. Said to make sure to poor bleach down the drain once a month
