Well, at least he didn't try that "Affluenza" alibi like that kids attorneys did in Texas several years ago when he was drunk and mowed down and killed 4 people.
Ethan Couch was just a mid teen when he drove drunk and killed 4 people than walked away like nothing happened only to be found passed out in a ditch down the road he was so drunk. He walked away with nothing more than a light slap on the wrist.
