idk a whole lot about electricution. What would happen if the kid got trapped touching a regular electric fence (like one that just hurts) for a long period of time. Like if he fell between a wooden fence and an electric wire and couldn't get out for like an hour. Could that do damage?

Spoilers for High and Low:
Main character is interviewing the bad guy in jail the last scene and the bad guy is having a mental break down and grabs the fence. The actor didn't realize it was electrified and starts convulsing and his hands accidentally clamp down even harder on the fence and he has to be dragged away.

Electrocution causes your muscles to tense up and if that is a muscle gripping a wire then you'll continue to grip that wire.
