Just want to say the stretch of I-64 from Norfolk to Richmond is no joke when it comes to traffic. Also I-95 from Richmond to DC is 100% maddening. I've had to drive up through Maryland to get to Alexandria, which makes no sense to me.
However, nothing in my life compares to the I-10 between Laffy and Baton Rouge. That stretch can EAD.

We moved from Williamsburg in 2017, lived there for 5 years and commutes that route on I-64 for work, I am not surprised at all. Usually stop and go traffic all the way to Newport News especially before ft rustic, people tailgating and looking on their cones, they’ve been widening it from 2-3 lanes each direction since 2016
