It thundered February 27 & 28. That means it comes a cold spell that time in April.

Last year May 1st High Temp was 86

Two years ago it was 91! Like the 1st Day of Summer

Stunning how Chilly it was upper 50s + add some Wind Gust out of the North @ 20 + mph

That would be 110 meters. That rise would have flooded nearly the entire gulf coast and the state of Florida.

Now you could have meant 11 decimeters. But that is still 3.5 feet. And from my low area on the gulf coast, there has been any rise except for the tides which are running about a foot and a half this time of the month, plus with that north wind tides usually run lower.

I remember some people posting pictures earlier this year when a strong cold front emptied out many shallow bayous and canals in southeast Louisiana.
