Like every park in downtown Shreveport, the bums, vagrants and junkies will take it over.
I hope that Mr. Jackson will go Bass Brothers on the vermin (the Bass Brothers in Ft. Worth ran all the vagrants out of downtown).

Perhaps, but he was able to keep that trash from firing a shot the last time he put up one of these domes for his party weekend that errrrrrrrrbody flew to Shreveport for.
