those aren’t dead Africans and Chinese. That’s “mulch”. Pile them up and leave them to rot in the sun. Maybe eventually others will avoid the place.

Build a pavillion and charge border crossers $10 a night to sleep there. You can easily pay the mortgage with that passive income. LOL

Very poor quality habitat - I’d bet that wildlife populations are very low. Terrible grazing land so very poor for cattle. Basically a big canyonland desert. Nice for the scenery but that’s about it. Much better land to buy in Idaho, Wyoming, or Montana.
