Well that's not true, is it? He was breaking the law (traffic stop) and ran from police. (ETA: if what Rebel is saying is true and he was solely pulled over because he was romantically involved with the cop's ex-wife, then that is definitely bullshite and should have definitely come out during the trial).
But he shouldn't have been killed. I remember this story a little bit, and it's crazy that the cops were exonerated on all charges. Especially with it on video, and with (I think) audio of the cops laughing about it afterwards.
What federal charges are still out there for the cops involved?
Also saw this in the article:

Dude was flat out murdered on video by a jealous husband and his friends in uniform.. Would love to have heard the testimony in this case.
