How the frick do you have 17 kids? I mean, I know HOW, but at what point do you say to yourself "I need to start using protection"? You would think this would be something someone would do after... 4 or 5 kids.
At 26, there is a good chance on several occasions he had more than one woman pregnant for his kid at the same time... Jesus!

Let's say on average.. What? A dude can start reproducing around 13 years old? We will use that for the sake of this.
At 26, if he started reproducing at 13, that is 17 kids in 13 years. In another 13 years he would be 39 and on pace to have a total of 34 kids.

Maybe the black community could learn to sack it up, quit leaving peter tracks all over the place. You dont think a 26 year old father of 17 is a problem?? Not like roughly 70% out of wedlock birth rate could lead to problems. Dressed for success, huh.
