Starter is the only engine accessory I have had to change on my travel car (ES330) damn thing only lasted 443,000 miles. It is a testament to the car that I actually felt let down.

No. You have to remove the CAI, the air box/MAF, some vacuum hoses, the battery, some wiring and connectors, and the battery tray/supports. Not bad at all, I didn't look up the book time, but I am guessing it is about 1.5 hours, since that is how long it took me, a tech that had done it before would easily be under an hour. Nothing tricky at all other than sweating over whether electrical connectors were going to crumble taking them off, which is always a possibility on a car of that age and mileage.
