I wear cologne almost daily. GF likes it. I like it. I don't think people smell it on me too often other than when we're meeting friends or I'm on a tight elevator or something. Even then it is always positive and pretty obvious that it's not overpowering anyone.
The idea that cologne is for high schoolers, despite it being worn by pretty much every red blooded American male of note, is pretty amusing.
