Right, since accidents determine how good or bad a person is at driving. My gf is a terrible driver, she admits to it, and she's never been in a wreck.

But i guess under yalls criteria, she's a great driver.
Ever heard of sample size? When the sample size is 1, sure, I agree with you. But when the sample size is 500,000, I think accident rates is prolly the most accurate measurement

Dude, if insurance companies stopped using all of the facts they obtained over years of data collection and just started listening to OneMoreTime they would be making so much money. Morons.

Umm, you might want to research that hoss. New Orleans is way worse. Just look at the car insurance rates

Not in my experience. I've lived in BR, Nola and Houston and BR is the worst place to drive by far. A combination of badly designed roads, traffic lights synchronized to make you stop at each one, and horrifically slow drivers.

It pisses me off when people defend an argument with their opinions as facts.

I hate to see human beings at their worst

Fleur de lis pizza is ridiculously overrated. Slow, greasy, dimly lit and cash only.

It is actually a testament to how good the drivers are if the accident rate is lower.

Horrifically slow drivers refers to people who slam their brakes for a yellow light, go slow in the left lane, fall asleep at every red, etc

Not a single person says this. People just say Katrina

In New Orleans and the MS Coast (where I'm from) "The Storm" is used about as much as Katrina. At least to a notable degree.

No idea about BR as Katrina was my junior year at LSU and I never lived in BR post grad.

People might not get in as many wrecks in BR, but I get pissed off with other drivers on the road in Baton Rouge WAY more often than in New Orleans. People drive like fricking idiots here.
