YOU said he went into someone’s yard.
YOU didn’t say he just went up to someone’s door to hang a flier.

Going into someone’s yard you’re not invited into, is tresspassing.
Doesn’t matter if you’re placing filers on doors or trying to rob the place.
You enter someone’s property without their knowledge and it’s treaspassing.

Since you’re incapable of understanding what YOU posted and what it means.

Regardless, he was still in someone’s yard, NOT HIS, and got attacked. frick’em. Deal with it.

Under Texas Penal Code Section 30.05, criminal trespass includes the following elements: the person enters or remains on or in property of another; without effective consent and the person; and. when the person had notice that the entry was forbidden or received notice to depart but failed to do so.

Umm are you trying to prove my point?

Thanks.

Also, was the yard enclosed? Open Front yard, closed front yard with a gate?
That’s important information

Since you're clearly not a very bright individual, I feel like I need to educate you on the trespassing law. I'll keep posting more as I find them. I'm sorry your parents raised you this way, but you can overcome these deficiencies by studying and working hard. I promise.

You think your insults are supporting your thread?
You’re just being defensive.

Can you show me the consent he had to be on the porperty?

Show me where there weren’t signs of no trespassing?

Show me the written notice he had to be on the property?

Sounds to me like he went on someone’s property, that wasn’t his and got attacked.

What is your point, here?

You want everyone to hate pitbulls? You think the man had every right to put his flier on the door on someone else’s property? I mean produce the info that he had consent by the property owner and I’ll stand down.

I’ll wait.

So now you're just deflecting that you made this statement.

Think of it this way. I'm trying to be nice to you. I'm possibly saving your corn-hole from pound me in the arse prison. The fact you think someone stepping on your front lawn is trespassing is pretty hilarious. Quit being so triggered for getting called out on it.

Here’s some information to support my point :

So in New Orleans, the city wanted us to post fliers on doorknobs, offering free smoke detectors.
It was part of a smoke detector campaign by the City of New Orleans.
We were advised not to enter gated yards to reach doors. Much of my area, uptown, have gates around the front of their homes.
I am a Government employee, and I had no right to enter their yard/property without consent or an emergency.
We were all prepared and trained for violent property owners and pets.
Jiggling on someone’s doorknob, with a flier, could have got us shot and the owner would have been in their right.

With that said, I stand by my position on the issue.
If the man entered someone’s yard, without an emergency, especially if it was enclosed, and was attacked, I don’t feel bad for him.
That is my point.

The lady who didn't want to be ID'd said they were using him like a toy.. Both pulling on him.

My small dogs play "tug-a-war" with a rope toy they have and they go at it. Neither one wants to be the first to let it go. It's more like two kids that start off playing around and then one does something and they both get mad.. Then a few minutes later, they are back playing with each other again... But I couldn't imagine two pit bulls doing that. With the strength they have in their jaws. That guy is lucky.

As for as people videoing it instead of doing something to help. How the hell is that someone's first instinct? If I saw someone in that situation, I am telling someone to call 911 while I grab the first thing I see that can inflict pain on those fricking dogs to get them off of him.

How hard is it to understand how strong these dogs are? They were bred to be strong and aggressive. It doesn't matter how good one of them might be, at any point they have the potential to snap.

Maybe he’ll stick to internet advertising from now on. Stay off stranger’s properties. You may get attacked by protective dogs. Lesson of the day, kids.

Not necessarily. Where I live, people are allowed to come to your front door and leave/give you informational materials unless you have a No Soliciting sign visible. We get church fliers, political shite all the time. Cannot sell shite door to door however.

You need a better understanding of what trespassing is.

You’re the only one that looks stupid right now.

The frick are you talking about. I was just giving a personal experience that was related to the issue.
Stop being a bitch.

I wouldn’t need to deflect anything for you.

I’m not in a hole. You just don’t agree.

I say he was tresspassing, others say he wasn’t.
Show me the facts.

No one is right or wrong at this point.

I’ve never met a pit bull owner that wasn’t trashy. They’re the same people that open chip bags and eat them inside grocery stores before paying for it.

Just complete filth
