Bush, I'm a huge fan of chicken livers. My pops used to saute them with onions in a small pot, and they were so good I can't even explain it.
Fried chicken livers with a little ketchup on the side, and homemade macaroni and cheese....One of the best comfort foods ever.
That being said, I HATE any other liver, like beef.
