I make my version of the dressing with a cup of real mayo, not that light garbage, anchovies paste to taste (about 1.5 teaspoonsl, kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste, 1 teaspoon each fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce, plus about 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan -Reggiano cheese. And crushed garlic, about 2 cloves finely minced.

My family loves this. With Romaine lettuce and croutons, of course, which, if I have some 2 day-old french bread, I make my own.

you should try Cardini’s.

Bump- Tried Cardini's Caesar Dressing last night, and it is excellent. Made another Caesar Salad for lunch today with the leftover lettuce. Thanks for the tip
