MILS 1010 - Rifle and Pistol Marksmenship
No tests. Show up and shoot for half of the semester. Sometimes you watch movies with guns. The rest of the time, he doesn't care if you even show up. For the final, he gives you a labelled diagram of a pistol and tells you to label the exact same diagram on a different piece of paper for a grade

This is the right answer 100%. It was the best class I ever took as an undergrad. You show up for an hour and shoot guns, it's awesome.
