the way meachem catches the ball with his body instead of plucking it out of the air withhis hands worries me. that and his overall lack of aggressiveness

if you would have asked me before the season, I would have said no...but the guy has done nothing to deserve being let go at the end of the year...i definitely want to keep him

I think Devery is only making 750K a year, definitely worth it compared to some of the overblown contracts of players like Grant and Shockey.

Not to mention what Oakland payed for Javon Walker. I think signing Henderson for reasonable money would be a positive thing for this team. However, if someone wants him and wants to pay him big time money, they should let him go. I was a big Meachum supporter and now I'm just not impressed. He hasn't shown up, even with extended playing time.

Meachem is looking more and more like a bust.

God you could not be more wrong... I am so sick of hearing this.... every time the ball is up for grabs the guy comes down with it! Payton might only put him in for 8-12 plays per game - so how can you call him a bust?

I'm not saying bust, but when Colston went down, he should have shown more. Even though he got the interference call, he should have caught that ball yesterday.
