Wonderlic - really do not care if the guy can balance a checkbook - can he read defenses ? Wonderlic has nothing to do with football smarts !

Question #4 is just awful. Yeah, they can be similar in meaning. Think, "I'll preserve / reserve this fruit to eat later."
But what about the Army Reserve? Reserving judgment? Reserving a table is nothing like preserving a table.
People who are somewhat intelligent won't overthink questions like #4 and will kind of "get" what the (somewhat intelligent) person who wrote the test meant. Really smart people will know enough to spot the BS.
Might explain why Brees did good but now great. It also reminds me of the LSAT. Lawyers are *kind of* smart, but not physicist or neurologist smart.
