He isn't competent.
He does what he is told and has zero backbone or opinion.
He is an accountant with no football acumen.
When things look good, look at how awesome Loomis is. When things go terrible, its the coaches (Payton / DA) fault. This board kisses this losers arse on the reg.
I want the Saints to succeed, but I am convinced, it won't happen until he is gone.

The saints made a bunch of irresponsible moves in 2019-2020 trying to keep that core together and get Brees and Payton one more ring. Easy to criticize now bc it didn’t pay off.
Then those decisions got exacerbated by Payton retiring, some bad injury luck (Michael Thomas most notably) and Covid fricking up the cap unexpectedly. Then the real big mistake was not resetting when Payton retired but instead trying to extend that team another couple of years under DA.
As of now those 3-4 years look like an aberration caused by unusual internal factors (Sean and Brees era coming to an end) and just bad luck with Covid and injuries to some of stud players in their primes who we invested a lot of money in.
